The service
Tin Hat generates audio sound fields and images from text you provide, and plays them on your device. Generation is subject to daily limits and, where offered, purchased allowances. Saved soundscapes play on your device without further charge.
Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Don’t attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don’t submit prompts intended to produce harmful or infringing content.
Purchases
Any purchases of generation allowances are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Consumable purchases are used within the app and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple policy.
Content
Soundscapes and images are generated algorithmically and provided “as is.” We make no guarantee that any particular result will be produced.

Tin Hat is a generative sound-field app for focus, work, relaxation, rest, and sleep. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
